RECEIVE JOY, 2018 - 2022.

RECEIVE JOY was a mail art project spanning four years. Each month, subscribers received an original piece of art sent to their home with a regular stamp for domestic or US/Canada mail. Over 300 pieces were sent in total.

The project became a way to create an intimate, yet distant, relationship with the recipients, especially during the pandemic. Each piece was unique and I spent time thinking about each person every month as I worked on their art card.
